Own and Lease are about implementation. Learn is about competence. It is the third leg of Nordic AI's offering, and what we recommend for businesses that want to build internal AI understanding regardless of whether they use us for implementation.
What Learn covers
Four main areas: EU AI Act and GDPR for leaders, agentic AI for developers and architects, strategic AI for leadership groups, and sector-specific workshops on request. The content is built on our own delivery practice, not on generic theory.
Three formats
Self-study: the participant works through the material at their own pace, with access to updated content as regulations or practice change. Instructor-led online: live sessions with one of our experts, typically over several weeks. On-site workshops: we come to the client, work on concrete cases from their organization, and deliver a written summary afterwards.
Webinars
In addition to the course material, we run webinars on current topics: new EU AI Act interpretations, practical cases from Norwegian businesses, updates on the model landscape. These are open to course participants and invited guests.
Who it fits
Learn fits leadership groups that want internal AI competence without depending on external consultants for every decision. Compliance leads who need to stay current with regulation. Technical teams building agentic systems who need a practical foundation. HR teams evaluating AI tools for recruitment or performance reviews.
Hands-on exercises, not just theory
Each course includes concrete exercises built on real cases. The EU AI Act course includes, for instance, a risk classification of three AI systems (one high risk, one limited, one minimal) with discussion. The strategic AI course builds a concrete AI roadmap for the participant's own organization.
What about certification
We do not offer formal certification yet. We are evaluating it, but it requires frameworks and ongoing testing we will not deliver until we can do it properly. For now we focus on practical competence transfer, not paper credentials.
Pricing and registration
Pricing varies by format. On-site workshops start from a fixed minimum and scale by scope. Self-study and online are per participant. Webinars are included for course participants. Registration via edu.nordicai.net.
